Philosophy
Titanium Real Estate Advisors’ investment philosophy is to be long-term holders of well-located real estate. We seek out assets where we can achieve superior returns while limiting risk. We achieve this by employing both a top-down investment process that focuses on fundamental analysis in the markets in which we are active and bottom-up analysis of specific deals. Moderate leverage is also used, where appropriate, to improve returns and create additional buying power. Additionally, detail-oriented asset managers create value for our real estate portfolios through a hands-on, entrepreneurial management style. They are involved in all major leasing and capital investment decisions and interact regularly with our clients, local property managers and other service providers.
Our small, growing organization allows us to act quickly on deals as they become available, yet we thoroughly underwrite every deal that comes across our table. Every investment decision made by Titanium Real Estate Advisors must be approved by an investment committee of six senior members of the Titanium Asset Management organization.
