Tom LaLonde
Managing Director

Tom LaLonde serves as the head of Titanium Real Estate Advisors and as the chief relationship manager for the group. Prior to joining Titanium in 2009, Mr. LaLonde worked for 17 years at National City Bank in Warrenton, Virginia where he was the Managing Director of Taft Hartley Services. At National City, Mr. LaLonde grew the Taft Hartley real estate investment fund from $650 million to $14 billion and grew Public Fund Assets from $100 million to $14 billion. Prior to that, he worked for four years as a Senior Vice President at Ameritrust Bank in Indianapolis developing real estate funds for Taft Hartley clients. He has served in the Navy and has a B.A. from Xavier University and an M.B.A. from both the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University. Tom works out of the Northern Virginia office.

Robert Law
Senior Vice President

Robert Law serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Titanium Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Law has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Titanium in 2009, Mr. Law worked for fourteen years at Mercantile Bank and Trust Company in Baltimore where he was the Managing Director of Real Estate Investment Management. While at Mercantile, Mr. Law grew the AFL-CIO’s Building Investment Trust from $200 million to $1.9 billion over a ten year period. Mr. Law also worked for five years as the Senior Vice President and Division Manager of the Real Estate Industries at Maryland National Bank. Mr. Law served in the Navy and also has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an M.B.A. from George Washington University

Casey Wendeln
Vice President

Casey Wendeln oversees acquisitions and development funding for Titanium Real Estate Advisors. Since joining Titanium he has worked on the acquisition and funding of approximately $90 million in equity. Prior to joining Titanium in 2009, Mr. Wendeln worked in the Capital Markets Group on the Investment Sales team for Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago, where he worked on over $2.4 billion in commercial property transactions. He also interned at ProLogis Trust in the summer of 2008 while getting his M.B.A. Mr. Wendeln graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and earned his M.B.A. at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kris Jankowski
Vice President

Kris Jankowski focuses primarily on acquisitions and equity placement for Titanium Real Estate Advisors. Kris joined Titanium in 2011 and has over 12 years of experience in both institutional and corporate real estate. Prior to joining Titanium, Mr. Jankowski was with Whirlpool Corporation as a Sr. Real Estate Manager overseeing global real estate dispositions. He also worked for First Industrial Realty Trust in various positions in acquisitions, dispositions and accounting. In total, Kris has worked on over $1.3 billion of commercial property transactions. Mr. Jankowski graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Kathy Herrin
Vice President

Kathy Herrin is a Vice President of Titanium Real Estate Advisors. Kathy joined Titanium in 2010 and oversees the accounting and finance for Titanium’s portfolio of properties. Kathy has over 20 years of experience. Prior to Titanium Ms. Herrin worked for five years at TSG Real Estate as controller and asset manager. She also spent ten years at ORIX Real Estate Equities as vice president in finance and accounting and seven years at LaSalle Partners as a portfolio controller and accountant. Ms. Herrin has a B.S. in Accounting with a Finance concentration from the University of Illinois-Chicago.

Amanda Jacobson
Vice President

Amanda Jacobson is an asset manager for Titanium Real Estate Advisors and also handles dispositions of existing assets. Amanda has over ten years of real estate experiences. Prior to joining Titanium in 2009, Ms. Jacobson worked for seven years in portfolio management at RREEF, on RREEF’s flagship fund RREEF America REIT II as well as other separate accounts for both pension funds and private equity. Ms. Jacobson worked at Equity Residential Properties Trust as an acquisitions analyst and as an auditor and business valuation analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Jacobson has a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and earned her M.B.A. at DePaul University’s Kellstadt School of Management.
