Based in Chicago, Titanium Real Estate Advisors was formed in 2009 and is a division of Titanium Asset Management. Titanium Real Estate Advisors is a Qualified Professional Asset Manager (QPAM) and serves as the asset manager for a number of institutional investors. As of September 30, 2011, Titanium Real Estate Advisors has approximately $200 million in net assets under management which represents nearly $350 million in gross real estate assets. Titanium manages funds and separate accounts on behalf of its clients and also offers a variety of transactional, advisory and sourcing services. In the summer of 2011, Titanium was named the investment manager of the Labor Investment Fund Enhancement (“LIFE”) Fund which is focused on development opportunities in the state of Michigan and is sponsored by several Michigan-based pension plans. Titanium has also recently been allocated $100 million by a client to make equity investments in GSA-leased properties nationwide.
