Based in Chicago, Titanium Real Estate Advisors was formed in 2009 and is a division of Titanium Asset Management. Titanium Real Estate Advisors is a Qualified Professional Asset Manager (QPAM) and serves as the asset manager for a number of institutional investors.
As of September 30, 2011, Titanium Real Estate Advisors has approximately $200 million in net assets under management which represents nearly $350 million in gross real estate assets.
Titanium manages funds and separate accounts on behalf of its clients and also offers a variety of transactional, advisory and sourcing services.
