Overview

Titanium is a multiproduct management company developed through the acquisition and integration of established companies serving both institutional and retail clients.   

Titanium provides its services through four investment advisors – National Investment Services, Inc. with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Boyd Watterson Asset Management, Inc. with offices in Cleveland, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina; Wood Asset Management based in Sarasota, Florida and Titanium Real Estate Advisors based in Chicago, Illinois.
Our common stock is listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange and we are a current registrant with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Management Acquires Controlling Interest
Effective December 19, 2012, senior management of Titanium Asset Management acquired a controlling interest in Titanium by purchasing the shares of common stock previously held by Titanium’s majority shareholder. The participating management team is comprised of officers of Titanium subsidiaries National Investment Services, Boyd Watterson Asset Management and Wood Asset Management.

The culmination of this process ensures the continuity of our investment processes, the investment teams and the delivery of the highest quality investment management services to our clients.  As such, there will be no material changes to Titanium or any impact on our clients.  

In considering this investment in our future, we realized that this opportunity allowed us to provide our clients with a number of critical advantages. For example, there is now a significant ownership commitment on behalf of key employees, in particular the portfolio management teams. This provides additional incentive for key employees to work diligently for the company’s overall success.    Each officer will also be under contract, providing security for the company, employees and our clients. Moreover, the controlling interest aspect allows us to set the tone for the organization going forward. We believe this can only enhance one of our company’s most significant attributes, that being investment teams that feature unmatched longevity in the industry. Our sense is that we have enhanced what has historically been a formula for success.
